Student View
Student selection panel
The student left panel helps students decide whether they want to start from a course or from an assignment.
Courses tab
The Courses tab shows the student's active course list by default. Each course card highlights the course color, the instructor avatar, and an overall course percent when graded work is available.
- Filter between active and completed courses.
- Pin important courses so they stay easier to find.
- Open a course to move into the course workspace in the center panel.
- See the instructor attached to the course from the avatar on the card.
- Use the overall percent box to get a quick snapshot of current progress.
Assignments tab
The Assignments tab is for students who want to start from a due date or submission status instead of from a course.
- Filter assignments by Submitted.
- Filter by Overdue, Due Soon, or Future.
- Filter by Active Courses, Completed Courses, or one specific course.
- Pin important assignments.
- Open an assignment directly, and the app will also open the matching course context.
How students usually use this panel
Students who are planning their week often start in Assignments. Students who want to study, review grades, or work through one class at a time usually start in Courses.
- Use Courses for class-by-class study sessions.
- Use Assignments for deadline-based planning.
- Pin the classes and assignments you return to often.
