1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Graidle, including our website, gradebook tools, assignment tracking, and curriculum management services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Do not share login credentials outside your household, school, or approved organization.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for your selected plan.
- Fees are shown before purchase and may change with advance notice.
- You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and remains active through the current billing period.
- Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload, including assignments, grades, and curriculum records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content only to provide and improve the service.
The Graidle platform, branding, and software are owned by Graidle and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Student Data Commitments
We do not sell student personal information and do not use student data for targeted advertising. More details are available in our Student Data Commitments and Privacy Policy.
Account owners are responsible for obtaining any permissions or parental consents needed to share student information with the service.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. You are responsible for verifying grading outcomes and exported records before relying on them for official reporting.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users and the platform.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Graidle is headquartered, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.
