Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: February 28, 2026 | Last updated: February 28, 2026

1. Subscription Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed using your payment method on file.

2. Canceling Your Plan

You can cancel at any time from account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and remains effective at the end of your current paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • First-time paid subscription charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Partial or prorated refunds are not guaranteed.
  • If a billing error occurs, contact us so we can review and correct the charge.

4. Trial to Paid Transition

If your account transitions from trial to a paid plan, billing begins when the trial ends and your plan is activated. You can cancel before the transition to avoid paid renewal.

5. How to Request Support

To request billing support or discuss a refund request, email support@graidle.com.
