Graidle account and data deletion
1. How to request deletion
To delete your Graidle account, email privacy@graidle.com from the email address on the account. Use the subject "Delete my account", and include your name and your organization or school. You can also request deletion from Preferences in the Graidle app.
We complete a deletion request within 30 days after verification.
2. Students and parents
If a student is part of an organization, that organization's account admin or instructor can request deletion on the student's behalf.
Parents can request deletion of their own account and their child's data by contacting the child's organization or privacy@graidle.com.
3. What we delete
When we delete an account, we delete:
- Profile details: name, email, username, and avatar
- Course enrollments
- Submissions
- Grades
- Quiz attempts
- Chat messages
- Planner events
- Uploaded files
- AI assistant conversations
4. What we may keep
- Billing and payment records needed for tax and accounting law, kept for as long as that law requires.
- Anonymized and aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you.
- Backups, which roll off on their normal schedule and are purged within 90 days.
