About Us

Hello Friends!

We are a homeschool family just like many of you. I'm Temah, the primary educator and the one constantly requesting new features. My husband, Thomas “TJ” Alleman, is the developer, designer, and app architect behind Graidle. Our two daughters (12 and 15) act as our toughest design consultants and daily users.

Thomas is a Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience building modern web applications. He specializes in TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, AWS, and AI-powered systems. Graidle was born out of our real need for a clean, beautiful, and simple tool to manage our homeschool — so we could spend less time on paperwork and more time actually teaching and enjoying our family.

We built Graidle from the ground up as a flexible homeschool platform with separate instructor and student portals, grade tracking, assignment management, curriculum planning, and co-op sharing features. Our goal remains the same today: to create a joyful and organized homeschool experience for busy families like ours.
